What is Gartic Phone?

Gartic Phone is an online party game built around drawing and guessing, borrowing its namesake from the classic "telephone" game in which a signal becomes increasing distorted.

There are several game modes, but all of them involve the players interacting through drawing (and sometimes text).

Thoughts on gameplay

Gartic Phone a great game for big groups – and is best enjoyed with at least a handful of players.

Games move quickly and there's plenty of variety among the various game modes, leaving room for lots of replayability.

The fun and humor depends a lot on the players themselves, but in my experience, games are a great mix of being impressed by other players' drawing ability, tickled by their creativity, or shocked by their inanity.

What makes it good

Gartic Phone has a lot going for it: slick design, quick setup, and tons of game modes that scale nicely for larger groups.

In general, I'm a sucker for drawing games, and Gartic Phone is one of the best ones out there.
